Not long ago my momo just came home w like, more than 10 apples or so. Thus I started looking up on Internet to find out the health benefits of eating apples! Was quite amazed w what I've got so I'm gonna share w you!

True enough, 'An apple a day keeps the doctor away'. But there are more facts than you can imagine!
  1. It's definitely a good choice of snack. It prevents all sorts of diseases/cancers such as Breast cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer.
  2. It's high in fibre, and thus helps to 'wash' your stomach and make you go frequent toilet! Clears your bowel to make your digestive system a healthy one :)
  3. It was stated in research that for women who consume at least 3 apples a day can manage their weight better!
  4. Apple is juicy and thus it fills your stomach easily, and prevents you from eating too much during your meal. ^^
  5. Research stated that having 2 apples a day can lower your cholesterol level by 16%! How awesome!
  6. It helps to strengthen your bones too, thanks to Boron, one of the ingredient in apples!
  7. It was also said to be that it cleans your teeth too ^^
  8. It can also help reduce skin diseases!
Apples are nice stuffs. I'm gonna consume moreeeeeeeeeee :)

Have an apple everyday before your meals and during your snacking time!
