Ed and I met up again this week and we managed to spend the last day of 2014 together!! Cheers to long-lasting friendship :)
Anyway, we went to Upp Thomson Road for cafe-hopping and I swear, it's insane.
First stop, November 8!
Ordered a Salmon Benedict ($16++) for both of us to share. Didn't like how the two eggs kept rolling down but it's a good alternative to the usual poached eggs! I felt that they could've been more generous with the Salmon since we're paying $16+ for this.. Brioche and salad were goood, not forgetting the hollandaise sauce as well! :)
Loved the Irish Cream Latte (iced) ($6.50) which was worth the price. *thumbs up*
Second stop, Beegurt.
Been looking looking through the comments of froyo from Beegurt on Instagram, and mostly gave good comments such as "Sweeter than llaollao", "worth the price", "will come back for more!". Thus, I decided to give it a try!
I chose Digestive crumbs and Dark Chocolate sauce as my toppings. Served in Medium Cup size, the amount of froyo given was of good portion. I think it's pretty worth the price, and tasted quite alright! By alright I meant that I've nothing bad to complain about (just that the honeycomb were all stuck together and the braces girl had a hard time chewing it)
Third stop, Salted Caramel.
The smell of the waffles were always strong when I enter the shop. Second time going there, and I thought of giving it a try! I chose Peppermint Brownie while Ed chose his usual favourite - Espresso with Caramel biscuits.
I felt that the waffles tasted pretty average. I'd prefer Alfero Artisan Gelato's waffles over this, ANYTIME! The pepppermint brownie was good, anyway :)
End of our cafe-hopping and I think it's crazy already. Eating non-stop (really no breaks in between) and I can already literally see all the fat in my body!!! Someone save my soul back.

Also, we found a new secret hideout and I can't wait to be back here again! I'm not gonna tell anyone where this is. You find it yourself! :)
First up, I gotta thank the exhibitions for looking so artistic as always. This is expected from the Singapore Arts Museum, right?
Next, I gotta thank Vscocam for always having such pretty filters and great editing functions that helped me churn out many beautiful photos!
Last but not least.... my editing skills HAHAH.
No really, I'm half-serious. I'm consistently trying to improve my editing skills and some of my friends did tell me that my photos were nice (thank you for the praise constructive feedback). Looking back at my old photos, I've definitely improved and I'm looking forward to taking nicer photos in 2015 so that I can share with y'all!
