Saturdate

Yesterday was spent out of town. Not having anything to shop for, I've planned for both of us to walk around the area of CBD. We first alighted at Raffles station, then proceeded walking to Esplanade, Raffles City, Suntec and Marina Square.

Lunch at MSQ, then linked to Millenia Walk! Succumbed to temptation and I've decided to give 3 Inch Sin a try. B tried it before at Craft Bakery but I haven't had Molten Lava Cake for the longest time!

Top: Caramel Banana with Salted Caramel ice-cream | Bottom: Baileys with French Vanilla Bean

I thought the best combination with a molten lava cake was a scoop of vanilla ice-cream, so I had the most classic combination ever. The Baileys tasted good; it felt like a burst of alcohol in my mouth when I first had it!

This is definitely recommended as all molten lava cakes are at $9.50 (with ice-cream), except for Baileys which costed $10.50 (with ice-cream) or $9.50 without ice-cream. If you're coming here with friends and would like to try out just the original ones, they serve a 3-mini molten lava cake for $10!

Being curious, we took the Downtown line, only to know that there isn't anything interesting for us! Trained to Chinatown for another tour. I swear I really know how to walk and I sweated the shit out of B HAHA.

Sat by the swing beside Tanjong Pagar station and had fun taking photos, enjoying the breeze and peace of our surrounding.

Our challenge: to make faces without planning. So what you've seen here are our incidental shots!

About evening time, we trained back to Promenade and walked towards the other side of MBS - a place where I only passed by when I'm on car ride.

I thought I would never be able to get so close to this but yesterday night just proved me wrong! I've always got the idea that this entire place is only accessible if you've tickets. #suakusingaporean so pardon me for being such a late discoverer.

Held hands, took a stroll, enjoyed the so-strong wind. Walked to Clarke Quay for some nightlife at Beer Market with the guys!
Not really in the mood for any alcoholic drinks at that moment, so I gave in to the boring Fruit Punch. I just wanted to quench my thirst anyway! Played cards while enjoying live bands; it's not that bad actually. If only we really gambled hahaha

Till next time.
