BIG BIG TIPS :)

Hey guys! I'm here to blog bout non-daily-life and instead, it's gonna be .....
HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT? :)
Well, it's NEVER TOO LATE to start now, tho hols are coming to an end. But fret not, these steps will REALLY help you to burn off fats, lose some KGs! :)
Of course, don't expect everything to be nice. No matter what, there's a saying that goes 'Bitter comes before sweetness'. No pain, no gain! Let's just bear w it and get a good shape before events like X'mas and CNY arrives! And especially before school reopens, you wanna get a good figure to start off the new year rights?

You must be thinking if those tips I'm bout to mention, will work or not? Well, it all depends on YOU. Be ready to say NO to many things and start a new life! Once you get used to it, nothing will go wrong and it'll all be just fine and great!

1. DIET.
Yes, dieting! It's something that most people CAN'T do it for long. In this case, you just have to bear w it for MAX 1 MONTH! Firstly, get your body to make friends w VEGES AND FRUITS. Usually online research will tell you 'Choose wholemeal etc.. for your meal' blahblahblah. Well, not really true. I mean, for my case, you dont have to do this. No skipping of meals is needed too!
If you're a student, during your recess, get a plate of rice (ask for lesser rice) and add dishes like veges, eggs, tofu and fishes. Be daring - choose MAX 3 DISHES. More than that is definitely a nono unless they're all veges. After eating it, let your tummy rest for 2mins or so, and get a FRUIT. You can get a box, or just a slice of it.
If you're out of school or just simply spending your day outside in a shopping mall, you can control your diet too! Order a big bowl of SALAD. Even tho the dressings aren't healthy, the bowl of greenies helps to cover up the bad alr :) I would strongly encourage you ordering it esp when you're in a restaurant like Swensens for dinner. If you're really hungry and salad doesnt fill your tummy, then opt for healthier choices like the Grilled Fish Sambal from Swensens. Well basically that restaurant has got quite a few healthy food for you to choose so don't worry bout being fat after eating it even at a late timing of the day.
*Please remember to eat at least a bowl of rice even if you're on diet! Carbo is VERY important and we need some energy for work yep!
** Do online research to find out what fruits can benefit you in different ways! It might help in some way or another! :)

2. EXERCISE!
Since it's the hols right now, it's time to get crackin! Students, stop saying you needa spare time for some studying. Cuz that's what I told myself but yet i'm sitting infront of the comp everyday either doing online shopping or drama-watching. This just takes up 2-3 days PER WEEK and each time it's only 45mins!
Head down to the gym or the nearby park for a 45-min workout. The only thing you gotta do is, RUN. Just get your body work for 20mins! As for me, I chose gym as they'll state the distance you ran and the time taken. Start at the speed of 5.5 and slowly increase to 7 or 8. Run consistently for the 20mins and rest for 5mins. Then start on the cycling thingy in the gym for another 20mins or 15mins. After that, stop exercising! If you keep running and dont let your body rest, you'll just hurt yourself without knowing. This isnt being lazy! Continue such habit for 2-3 times per week AND DIETING. You'll be able to lose some kgs in just 2-3 weeks!
3. NONONO
Say NO to snacks like choco, chips, ice-cream etc.. It just tempt you to death isnt it? But well, if you want to burn off those soggy things that weighs alot, then simply be enemies w them!
Get YOGURT to replace ice-cream! If you're in need of choco, choose Dark Choco (Cocoa above 70%!) instead. Need chips? Get yogurt bars or some healthy bars to replace it! It still has got some crunchiness, dont worry ^^


Basically it's just 3 tips to follow! Point 3 is similar to Point 1 so it's actually 2 main points. I doubt I left out any points since that's what I did which made me lose bout 7kg in a few months... I didnt notice the change in me till I started to receive positive comments from friends on my FB profile photos. I'm not bragging, but just telling you that those above pointers DO HELP and there's no harm at all. I still looked chubby tho LOL. Anyways ..... Please don't go TOO extreme till the state that your family gets freaked out by the huge change in you and then you'll tell them I told you to do this and that to obtain better figure.
*If your waistline is LESS THAN 30, DO NOT FOLLOW ANY OF THESE POINTERS. I dont wish to land anyone in hosp and then the doct will say you're down w anorexia or some freakish illness.

To the teens out there : PLEASE GET YOURSELF NOURISHED AND EAT MORE! It's better to be fat than thin, cuz you can lose weight/shake off fats anytime! You're still growing, so please eat properly ~ ^^
