Not exactly a sudden meet-up as we've planned about meeting before, but the idea of meeting up was pretty random. I guess we've clearly missed hanging out with each other as a group, so we thought it might be time to catch up again. This time was with my cafehopping buddies AND a special guest - our secondary school E Math teacher!
We met just one day before my birthday, and settled on having dinner together with no plans on celebrating that special occasion. Breko Cafe was it, and it's a really decent casual dining 'cafe' (as they'd call it) so I'll be back again really soon!
I guess Breko has improved itself, as I've read up reviews by some saying that their portion wasn't really good and all. It's my very first time here, and I'd say I've had an enjoyable time dining here at Breko! Reasonably priced, good portion and good ambiance. What's more, it's located at Holland Village! Situated right beside Everything With Fries (EWF), it's hard to miss this place.
We spent our night together till midnight, when our teacher drove each of us back home safely. In the car, when A was about to alight, everyone in the car sang birthday song for me and I got really shocked?? As mentioned earlier, no one had a clue that I'm turning 18 the very next day. Even though they were just seated behind me chatting away, they've actually planned to surprise me with their singing HAHAH
Thank you guys for doing such a sweet thing! I really appreciated the manly birthday song and I felt really loved and blessed. :) Thanks for being the very special ones singing to me just right in the midnight, when the clock strike 12am!!
