As much as I want to go on diet or stay away from sweet stuffs, I've always wanted to try Max Brenner Chocolate Bar. It's such an unique shop to have the entire menu concentrating on just Chocolate!
The menu was too awesome I've no idea which to order best. Fondue? Crepe? Waffles? Milkshakes? Churros? Everything contains chocolate, so no matter what, it's still damn chocolatey!
Decided on the Crystal Sugar Churros Fondue - Muddled Raspberry and choice of 2 dips: Dark, Milk or White chocolate. ($20)
Usually when we eat Churros, it's definitely oily as they dipped the sticks into oil in order to fry them. However, this set of churros don't taste oily at all, and the cinnamon sugar coated on the sticks weren't too sweet! Instead, it tasted really good with the chocolate dips -- everything felt just right.
With no GST and Service Charge, I think this place serves price-worthy and good quality food! Can't wait to be back to try more of their items on the menu! The thought of it just makes me drool, literally. :P
