One of my weekends spent at Bollywood once again, and lunch's menu for that day was:
Spicy Spinach
Rendang Chicken
Vegeterian Platter for 4 pax
(incl. samosa, popiah, moringa tempura, banana curry, mushroom tofu, vegetables)
Basically, everything felt very kampong-like with the home-cooked food and all ingredients used are farm-grown, which made it more healthy and natural!
Hilary has got to be one of the most beautiful dog I've ever met in my life. She's once a stray dog and now is adopted by the owner of Garden Bistro (Nyee Phoe Garden). I've no idea what connected both of us instantly, but she seemed to be liking me a lot! A few times when I squatted down with my arms opened, she'd come running into me. Really sweet! Before we go, I also bid her goodbye and she came to me and let me hug her!
Nyee Phoe also have got their own resort - a really small one with a few houses and also a small swimming pool! I truly love the peaceful environment and wished that one day I could stay here, though it's only accessible with car transport. Something to note: price per night is on the higher side ($350/night) and also, they've not yet officially open this villa!
