Chinatown

Weekends with the Family at Chinatown, and it's so nice to see how this place has changed for the better! I'm still waiting for a time to sit down along the streets for dinner. It seems nice to dine in there. :)

And oh, I still remembered vividly my bad encounter with this Indian manager (I suppose) at Coffee Bean @ Chinatown Point. He insisted that I was at wrong for acknowledging the wrong order, when in fact I said clearly that I wanted "Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Truffle Ice Blended" and he keyed in "Hazelnut Ice Blended". Now, tell me people, who on earth can hear wrongly when the order has such a long name? And, working in the customer service sector, you should NEVER tell a customer "That's why I repeated your order, and you said it was correct. Never mind, I'll change your order." LIKE DUH YOU OUGHT TO CHANGE MY ORDER because YOU were THE ONE who heard wrongly and keyed wrongly. Asshole, be glad I did not file a complain letter for having such bad service and attitude.

Thank goodness that asshole didn't make my drink. I enjoyed my Dark Choco Hazelnut Truffle frappe as always!
